Chongqing is a city of the mountains, and of Chongqing is by walking the trails. These trails link the old and the new - you can start at Shancheng Lane, near the Bodhi King Kong Tower. Many of Chongqing's historic ruins, traditional neighborhoods and cultural relics are along the trail, which stretches along the south-facing slope of the Yuzhong Peninsula.
